This... is two characters from a Sega Sonic RP I'm in, specifically, a part of it that's set 20 years in the future.
These two ladies are Anne "Anansi" Scarlet, a cybernetic, red-backed jumping spider, and her daughter, Alexia Scarlet.
Who is a Hyder. Part Hyena, part spider. Impossible to have naturally, but with help from a certain geneticist, is very much possible.
Alexia is actually the daughter of Anne and Axe, a character played by Smee who isn't around. Anne sort of made her both in memory of him, and to honor a sort of last wish he had.
